The construction of the Muara Baru Flat targeted to be done this month is predicted will be missed. This is because, the construction on the land as wide as 3.4 hectares is still leaving some projects.

At this time, in the project location, the painting process of the wall at Block 11 has been finished today. Likewise with another construction at Block 12 still keeps being worked.

Head of Planning Section for Jakarta Housing and Government Buildings Department, Triyanto disclosed that such constructions are actually already completed, but electricity and water facilities have not been installed. Thus it takes a long time between 1-2 months. "The construction cannot be completed this month, because we have yet to do electricity and water installation," he expressed, Wednesday (7/9).

Nevertheless, the developer promised to complete the construction as scheduled in this month. Later on, the flat would be occupied by people living on the banks of Pluit Reservoir. "According to developer, we only ready to prepare one block to be occupied this month," he told.

Muhayati, (41), a citizen of Pluit Reservoir, RT 19/17, Pluit Urban Village, Penjaringan Sub-District, admitted she wants to move to the Muara Baru Flat thus her family can live in a more clean and comfortable place than the previous place.

"I am happy, because we will be relocated to a cleaner place," she expressed.
